How do I restore my table mats on a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought them with, open the app's Store and tap Restore purchases.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

In the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage on your plan's card in the app's Store. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple; for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. See the Terms of Use for the renewal terms.

Can I have Unlimited Hosting and Hand Analysis at the same time?

Yes: Premium includes both. You hold one plan at a time, so if you already have one of the others, choose Premium in the app's Store; Apple credits the unused part of your current plan.

Do I need a subscription to play with friends?

No. Joining a table is always free, and you can host a table for free once every seven days. Unlimited Hosting (or Premium) lets you host as often as you like.

Multiplayer says it can't sign in to Game Center.

Multiplayer requires a Game Center account. Open the iPhone Settings app, sign in to Game Center, then return to the app. If Game Center is restricted by Screen Time or a device management profile, multiplayer isn't available on that iPhone. Single-player games and the tutorial work without Game Center.

How do I join a friend's table?

The host shares a table code. Choose Multi Player, then Join Code, and enter it.

How do I keep my progress on another device?

Sign in with Apple in the app's Settings on each device, using the same Apple Account, and make sure iCloud is on. Your stats, level, achievements and unlocked items then sync through your iCloud account; tap Sync now in Settings to sync straight away. Game reviews and an unfinished hand stay on the device where they were made.

Someone else signed in on my iPhone and my progress disappeared.

Progress belongs to the Apple Account that signed in. When a different account signs in, the app clears the device's copy so the two are never mixed; your progress is still in your iCloud account and comes back when you sign in again. Purchased mats come back with Restore purchases.

Where are my game reviews?

After a hand, tap Review Hand to see the review. Reviews are kept on your iPhone; the app keeps your 20 most recent.

Can I see the app tour or tutorial again?

Yes — Settings has Replay App Tour, and the tutorial can be played again from the Home screen.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

What does the app do with my data?

We don't collect it. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
